Margot Ann Ramsad is an independent author who loves writing emotional thrillers, family dramas, and stories about the secrets people keep. Based in Nottinghamshire, she writes about compelling characters, tangled relationships, and emotional twists that stay with readers long after the final page.
When she’s not writing, Margot can often be found browsing bookshops, heading out for a long walk with a coffee in hand, or taking photos of the everyday moments that catch her eye.
Margot was born in July 1985 and is originally from Loughborough, Leicestershire. Before beginning her writing career, she mainly worked in finance, but her true passion was always writing.

The Love Story That Never Was...
It was a cold start to a damp September morning as Kasey Williams rushed to pack her heavily worn school bag the same one she had used since Year 7. It was embarrassingly childish and not the vibe she wanted going into Year 12. Nevertheless, she was showered and ready, with just the right amount of eyeliner to look like she had tried, but not enough to be frog-marched into the Head Teacher’s office on her first day of Sixth Form. Her mid-length golden curls were tied back; when her hair was in one of its naturally fluffy moods, it was easier not to fight it. This year, she had decided, would be different. This was the year she would finally climb the social ladder and stop being known as the damsel who had somehow managed to find a family willing to take her in. Although Kasey had many hand-me-downs, she always made the most of what she had. Luckily, she had been blessed with a great figure, even though her diet was mainly made up of sugary snacks and fizzy drinks. It was something she knew wouldn’t last, but she chose to enjoy it while she could. Besides, she had other things to focus on, like the social ladder.
